Key Ingredients
Air clarity • traditional cleansing • cooling aromatic
Cypress
A fresh, pine-like aromatic used widely in Tibetan and Himalayan incense. Cypress is valued for its ability to clarify the air, cut through heaviness, and bring a clean, cooling note to incense blends. Traditionally burned to refresh indoor spaces and uplift the atmosphere.
Calming • Anti-inflammatory • Skin-nourishing • Spiritual grounding
White Sandalwood
Burned for its soothing, woody aroma that calms the mind and supports meditation. Studies show sandalwood oil’s anti-inflammatory, calming, and neuroprotective properties.
Nervous System Balance • Emotional Clarity • Sleep Support
Tibetan Agarwood
Revered in TCM and Tibetan rituals to calm the spirit and ease chest tension. Agarwood essential oil has shown beneficial effects on GABA/serotonin pathways, supporting relaxation, mood uplift, and improved sleep.
Circulation support • Anti-inflammatory • Digestive aid
Dong Quai (Angelica Root)
Used in TCM and Tibetan blends to improve blood flow, ease muscle tension, and support digestion. Contains ligustilide and offers anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and mood-stabilizing effects in animal and test-tube studies.
Stress relief • Energy purification • Spiritual protection • mood uplift
Amber Resin
Burned in incense blends to foster warmth, purification, and spiritual balance. Contains succinic acid and is used as “temple resin” — shown in lab studies to support stress buffering, though robust clinical evidence is limited.
Antimicrobial • Antioxidant • Respiratory clarity
Clove
Burned or diffused to clear air and revitalize focus. Clove essential oil (rich in eugenol) exhibits strong antibacterial, antifungal, and mild analgesic effects, widely studied for food safety and respiratory support.

What Makes Us Different
“ The scent rises — warm, herbal, faintly sweet — and something in you recognizes it. Like a memory you never lived, or a room you've walked through in another lifetime. The air softens, the edges blur, and the familiar calm of ancient Tibetan homes settles quietly around you. ”

Frequently Asked Questions
How to properly burn Tibetan incense sticks?
- Angled Ignition: Light the end of the incense stick at a 45-degree angle with a lighter or match, and let the flame burn for approximately 7 seconds.
- Flame Control: Gently blow out the flame. The incense should produce a glowing red ember and a tendril of smoke, and will continue to burn on its own.
- Placement: Be sure to burn incense on a heatproof, non-flammable holder only. Burn incense in a well-ventilated room, away from flammable materials, and never leave incense burning unattended or in near children, pets, or a draft.
Note: If it extinguishes halfway, just re-ignite the stick and allow the flame to burn long enough to create a small flame.
What makes your incense different from regular incense?
Our incense is rooted in Tibetan tradition and powered by real herbs used in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Each blend is handcrafted in Lhasa from wild ingredients harvested at high altitudes, following centuries-old methods that honor both the spiritual and medicinal properties of smoke.
It’s not just for fragrance — it’s functional, therapeutic, and intentional.
